Maker’s Club was founded in McHenry, IL in 2019. In 2023 we made the move to Dubuque, IA, where we opened our FIRST brick-n-Mortar location in the state. Our first year out we received the award for “Best Art School in Dubuque” and have taken the town by storm! With over 24 years of experience, Maker’s Club can be a valuable resource on just about any craft project or artistic endeavor. We have years of experience and FORMAL training, and because WE FIRE NIGHTLY, your project will be available the next business day. We also have an acrylic paint option that you can take IMMEDIATELY if you’d like!

While Paint-your-own-Pottery seems to be our biggest draw, We offer many other options too including learning the Pottery Wheel, (wheel throwing), Wood kits, Leather Kits, Mosaic Projects, Jewelry Making, Sublimation, Resin Art and Cricut Classes, all in an ON-DEMAND format. We accept walk-ins on a First come - First Serve basis, but if you want to guarantee availability, it always helps to call ahead.

We are experts in small to mid-size events and offer packages for Parties, Paint-n-Sip, Bridal or Baby Showers, Birthdays, Family Events, Scout Groups, and much more.

Seating for up to 24 people is available, but we can accommodate up to 47 with advance notice. Call for availability. Packages start as low as $15/pp!
